From Underused Basement to a Complete Living and Wellness Space

This basement remodel shows a different side of Andre's work. Built for a couple focused on healthy longevity, the goal was not simply to finish the lower level, but to create a space that could support everyday living, fitness, relaxation, and wellness for years to come.

Andre built out a modern gray kitchenette, created a dedicated gym area, added custom barn-door details, incorporated a sauna, and used layered recessed and accent lighting to give the lower level a finished, intentional feel.

The result is a basement that functions like an extension of the home rather than leftover square footage.

The best remodels do more than look finished. They give the space a purpose.
